Houston Warriors Present Shinobi Squad 7v7 ( Lady Shinobi 5v5)
Houston, TX — The Houston Warriors officially announced the introduction of their new 7v7 football squad, alongside the launch of the Lady Shinobi 5v5 program, marking a major step forward in the organization’s mission to elevate youth development, leadership, and competitive excellence in the Houston area.
Built on a foundation of accountability, structure, and long-term athlete development, the Houston Warriors 7v7 Squad is designed to sharpen football IQ, speed, and positional mastery while preparing athletes for high-level competition. Unlike traditional “stacked team” models, the Warriors emphasize intentional roster planning, equal development opportunities, and clear pathways for growth on and off the field.
Both programs will begin during the winter months and run through the offseason, concluding just before the start of the next tackle football season. This timeline allows athletes to stay engaged year-round while entering tackle season conditioned, confident, and mentally prepared to compete.
“Our focus has never been about shortcuts or hype,” said Warriors leadership. “This is about development, discipline, and preparing athletes to compete the right way. Every athlete in our program has a purpose, a plan, and expectations.”
Alongside the 7v7 announcement, the Warriors unveiled Lady Shinobi 5v5, a fast-paced, high-intensity girls football program created to empower female athletes through skill development, confidence-building, and competitive play. Lady Shinobi represents precision, resilience, and adaptability—values deeply rooted in the Warriors’ culture.

Both programs will operate under the Houston Warriors’ unified mission: mentoring athletes, developing leaders, and showcasing youth sports in a positive, professional light. Training will include position-specific instruction, mental performance development, and competitive exposure designed to translate directly into tackle football success.
